1. Return Window

  • Tech & Electronics: Must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with factory seals intact. If the item has been opened, powered on, or software has been installed/modified, it may only be eligible for return if deemed defective.

  • House Upgrades & Home Decor: Items such as fixtures, hardware, or decor must not show any signs of installation, mounting, or modification.

  • Eco-Friendly & Sustainable Products: Due to the nature of certain biodegradable or personal eco-products (e.g., bamboo toothbrushes, reusable personal care items), these must be strictly unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.

  • Apparel & Wearables: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
