Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Syncospace. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days].

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [7-15 business days]. Cost: [$X.XX or Free over $XX].

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24-48 hours]. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Syncospace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

5. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Because we source high-quality products across different categories—from Eco-friendly goods to Tech gadgets and House Upgrades—your items may be stored in different fulfillment centers.

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as quickly as possible.

  • You will receive a tracking number for each separate package. Don't worry if one item arrives before the other; the rest of your order is on its way!

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • Please double-check your address, including apartment or suite numbers, before completing your purchase.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@syncospace.com].

  • For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide us with clear photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.

  • For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it is still missing, contact our support team for further assistance.
